The room was large. Two queen beds, a table and a desk. Bathroom was comfortable. Everything needed was included: Safe, Fridge, Closet and drawers, hair dryer, Iron and board. The breakfast buffet is excellent it has a wide variety, and the staff is great. The breakfast hall is huge. It's a very nice location in the North part of the city. Although its a business area its pretty calm and everything seems near by.

The staff, the food, and the amenities were amazing, the best restaurant of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Definitely go for the option with breakfast, as it is totally worth it, and don't shy away from the a la carte menu since it's delightful (and extremely faily priced!). The staff is kind and helpful, there are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and it's easy to move around the city from the hotel's location.

Breakfast is fantastic, great selection well presented. The area is fantastic also with Malls, shops, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies, pubs.. All in walking distance.. And relatively safe area to walk around... Take usual precautions as you would walking in any large city. Suite was spacious and comfortable, 24hr room service excellent

Location is decent and safe neighbourhood. Good value for a money. Friendly front desk staff. They checked me in early and checked me out late without extra cost. They spoke perfect English.

It is about a 15 minute walk from the city "centre" which is great as you are not in a very noisy part of the centre itself. The hotel breakfast was very varied, they literally have all types of food to choose from, drinks and the staff are usually very nice as well. The room was massive, the bed a little hard but was comfy and they have AC if needed.

The breakfast is amazing - the soups alone make the stay worth it. Staff was very helpful and the cleaning team consistently cleaned very well. The rooms were very quiet, comfortably dark, liked the bathroom supplies. The bed & sheets were very comfortable. For first time Bogotá visitors, this is the place to stay -- it is in a relatively safe, clean neighborhood, close to good malls, restaurants, offices.

It's located in a great and safe area. The staff was accommodating. The hotel has its own taxi service if interested. Also the breakfast is amazing! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the city and beautiful mountains. A great experience. Would book this hotel again.

There was great variety at breakfast buffet. The staff was very helpful and kind, the airport pick up and drop off is very convenient and affordable. Totally worths it. It is located in a safe area. The bed was very comfortable.

The room was very spacious. There was variety in their breakfast. There were fruits, every day another soup and even rice and vegetables. I loved the fact that there were taxis outside so we did not have to go and look for a txai. Also the fact that they work together makes it easier to have a reliable and safe taxi.

Really good breakfast, broad range of food and drinks with nice outdoor seating area. The gym, sauna and steam room were really good quality with a range of exercise machines and weights. The location is generally seen as a good place to stay in Bogota but it isn't particularly close to any attractions.
